This was my first experience renting a van electronically. There was a bit of a learning process which will be much easier in the future. My one frustration was that the location that I reserved the van at did not have a van for that day/time. While an initial confirmation email was sent, a second email, which I overlooked, was sent stating that I needed to pick up the van at a different, less convenient, location. I found this out when I incorrectly went to my initial reservation location to pick up the van.
