During the initial reservation upload the drivers license information. Update your GPS system. I parked next to the keyboxes and your system kept saying I wasn't at the location.Sean T.

The truck was not full of gas !!! They said take a picture and refuel to that level. I should have had a full gas tank and not have to refuel to the partially fueled tank and hope that it was the same. This was an easy fix on the Uhaul location to fix before I picked up truck.W David H.

I had to use the online check in because my pick up time was before the store opened. There was a glitch in the system that wouldn't allow me to check in, and I was on the phone with reps for over half an hour. The dolly that I ordered was not in the truck. When I called the store, they switched me to customer service before hearing what the issue was. Customer service directed me back to the store. No one acknowledged how dreadful the service was.Kim L.

Truck was leaking oil. Stained my customers driveway. Also only drove the truck 16 miles yet they charged me for fuel ( which I put fuel in). They charged me for 9 gallons of fuel and only used the truck fir 16 miles. Seems like a scam to me.Chris S.
How are people actually train them teach them proper customer service and quit charging people for things are not doing like 3 days to use a truck that only took 5 hours plus reimburse for gas keep the trucks full and return full diss guessing game means that you're stealing from your customers like I had to leave an extra quarter of a tank of gas in there that was not there when I got in it because they put me in a truck with less than half a tank of gas to start with to go out of state how stupid is that that's just the way U Haul takes advantage of people themselves just like charging for 3 days when I only use the vehicle for 6 hours where's the right in that U-HaulTeresa B.

the truck smelled like dog. a dog was recently in the cab of the truck and there was small pieces of animal food in the back of the truck. It looked like there was a leak in the truck as well. a small puddle was back there. We did not have a reservation and we wanted a small truck. it was the only one he had. i forgot to mention it to the person. He also helped he out because i left a box and he held it for us.Steven H.

Agent didnt seem familiar with procedure. Waited till I left then charged me for an extra day ( I returned truck 2 days early) and an extra day insurance. Also charged me for gas even though it was well within the 1/8 tank requirement. Uhaul reimbursed me but didnt appreciate the hassle this placed caused.KIMBERLY J.

You could improve this location by firing the employee named Ed. He was very rude and unhelpful. I reserved an appliance dolly and he refused to give it to me until the other employee told him to give it to me. I have a disability and he made me walk all the back to the building to get the appliance dolly that was 2 feet away from my truck initially. He was rude to other customers (people of color) as well. If he doesn't like people of color, working for a company such as Uhaul is not a good fit. The other employee was very helpful and kind. I believe his name was AJ.Javan T.
If someone returns the equipment three hours earlier than they planned, reimburse them money. If they return it with more gas than original reimburse them for it. Offer a military or First Responder discount.Sean T.

The in person customer service isn't good. The gentlemen there are very sarcastic and rude. I would suggest bring in a more professional and courteous individual to help.Christian S.
6 months later and I am still dealing with a payment issue caused by this location. The mileage was wrong in the system and we ended up with a bill that was $1000 too much. I called Uhual immediately and the CSR told me they would hold the charge until the next morning and for me to call the location then and have the situation resolved. The person that I spoke with at the location told me it was UHuals problem and he charged my credit card for the extra $1000 anyway.Robert F.

Made reservation online and told to go to this location. Once there, no record of my reservation. Luckily, one dolly had just arrived in and they rented it to me. The dolly had a locked emergency brake and the rep had no clue on how to unlock it. Told me to tie it as it was.Darin S.

The people were friendly but, I had to jump start the truck once. The speedometer did not register properly. It indicated I was doing 80-90 miles an hour. Even at slower speeds it registers wrong. That problem needs to be fixed on this truck.Don L.

The item I needed for a trailer for my motorcycle did not work. I could not use this item. I tried to get a trailer to pull my Can Am and the trailer I had was not large enough for my bike. I called several times complaining about the equipment. You charge me for it and my bike could not fit on it. I'm upset because you guys did not delivery what I ask for. The day of my move I found out the rental trailer could not hold my bike. I paid for a trailer and was charged but could not use it. You guys have me a hard time when I tried to return the item. I want a refund for items that I did not get or used.Cathy C.
Selected the Mobile pick up option due to an early closing time and needed the truck before store hours. Drove all the way to the location and could not access my pre-rented truck. I called the corporate Service help number just to find out the reason i could not pick up my truck at the time i NEEDED it was because the location simply forgot to put the keys in the truck the night before. It delayed my move and my closing, and ultimately cost me a lot of money because the location couldn't do their job correctly. I selected this option specifically for this reason otherwise I would have picked up a truck the night before. Very disappointed and the staff was unapologetic and did not acknowledge their mistake. The Uhaul after hours check out app did not work. Fortunately the location owner was kind enough not to charge me the $20 "convenience" fee. Additionally I completed the on line pre-check in only to find upon arrival to pick up truck that information was not in system. I have seen numerous reviews noting that the Uhaul apps do not function correctly. Add my experience to the list. Apparently Uhaul either doesn't care about the customer experience or is just too incompetent to fix it. My rating is based on the location, had it been for Uhaul it would be 1 star at best.Benjamin F.

I had a drink with roaches and smelled like trash and German roaches. Horrible customer service at location . Told me to air it out . I got in contact with the 1800 u haul and they actually were very helpful and got the same manager to give me another truck but over all worse experience I've ever had .Irisnicole V.
