I did not have issues with the location. I did however not appreciate a phone call at 7:26 AM on a Saturday morning regarding a Monday reservation. My reservation was changed to another pick up location Saturday morning then Sunday evening I received another call that my pick up location was changed again. Then the location that I originally had scheduled for a drop off on Monday was closed. It was gated with no where to do an after hours drop. We attempted to drop off before 3pm. So once again had to change the location. All of the people that I spoke to were polite and apologetic but it was extremely inconvenient to have to change from my preferred location not once but multiple times. Moving is stressful enough without the added hassle.
