The back of the truck was clean, but they had a bad wheel alignment and slow to pick up like someone want the transmission and get ready to go out or something so that was my problem. I felt that I got the raggedy truck it was but it was another one out there, but he thought I should get that one, but that was my complaint. Will alignment bad will alignment in slow pick up.

Debbie GI did not have issues with the location. I did however not appreciate a phone call at 7:26 AM on a Saturday morning regarding a Monday reservation. My reservation was changed to another pick up location Saturday morning then Sunday evening I received another call that my pick up location was changed again. Then the location that I originally had scheduled for a drop off on Monday was closed. It was gated with no where to do an after hours drop. We attempted to drop off before 3pm. So once again had to change the location. All of the people that I spoke to were polite and apologetic but it was extremely inconvenient to have to change from my preferred location not once but multiple times. Moving is stressful enough without the added hassle.
