The inside of the truck was not clean. There was spilled drink in the drink holder, and it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. other than that, the customer service was great. they were very helpful, professional and I would recommend this location. The process was easy.

My reservation was at 8 am. The key was not in the box. I asked a guy inside the building who told me he does not handle the U-Haul trucks and I had to wait until 9. Went back inside at 9 and the key to the truck was inside right beside the guy that said I had to wait until 8. As I was out the guy chuckled at me. I am very disappointed and will not recommend anyone to do reservations for U-Haul at Sounds on Wheels.
