THOMAS RDrop off was easy. I unhooked the trailer and left. The staff handled the bookkeeping without needing me to stay until completion.
ISAIAH-DRE BThe worker at the pickup location was friendly and helpful. The equipment was clean. However, I was frustrated that I had to make a 40 minute round trip to pick up my U-Haul because my reservation was moved to a different location due to equipment unavailability.

JUAN YTruck was a gas guzzler! For a one way trip truck had no cruise control. Staff didn't want to help with attaching the car dolly. Things the location I originally book with assured me they would do. My location was changed after I explained my situation but they changed it anyway. Never again!

JOSE HI have called. I have left a message. I have an overcharged. I am still being charged. I return the truck the next day. The truck broke down on me and didn’t start. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. I don’t know why I was only supposed to be charged $30 maximum, but I was charged $85 and then again $45 so if somebody could please give me a call at 803-367-6564 because this is ridiculous and I want my money back

VINCENT LThe truck box had not been swept out prior to my pickup so there was all kinds of small debris in there. After closing the door to drive to where we were picking up our load, when we opened the door again to load our furniture, there was a very strong odor of oil or gasoline. At that point, we didn't have any other choice but to load the upholstered sofa we just purchased into the dirty and smelly storage compartment. Keeping the vehicle clean is not hard, so this is a failure to follow simple quality control procedures. Very disappointed.

WILLIAM BI needed to extend my U-Haul rental so I called to extend the days. I was quoted a price and when I got my receipt after extending my time I noticed I was charged double the amount that was quoted to me over the phone. So of course I feel cheated but hey what can I do?
Chantyra BIt would have been helpful to know that my drop off location could change. I ended up having to travel 20 miles further in a more heavy traffic area to return the trailer. Due to the helpfulness of the folks at the new location, it worked out.

Luis HCalled Rick (I believe that was his name) and asked how the drop-off protocol worked. He was very nice and polite, and said just drop it off, as it was already paid for, and he would check it on Monday. He did and sent my receipt via email. How simple was that? I like simple, no-hassle, and super customer service! Thanks, Rick!!!!
Pam Wbetter customer service, i was expecting for the trailer to be inspected at the time of drop off. spoke with someone at the counter and all they said was to drop it off. i wouldnt want to get charge for anything that happens to the trailer after drop off. and i also did not receive a notification until i completed the return myself on the website hours later. i know my trailer was returned in perfect condition, clean and empty.
