The total price for the rental said about $650 on the app for the entire two months before the rental started. Then when I went to pick up truck and trailer it was $750.. very frustrating as the man did not have a good reason why the prices were different. Also, the location and pick up time changed last minute. The initial place opened at 8am and was .25 miles from my apartment. It got changed to a place 10 miles from me that didn’t open until 9am. I had to call and ask if I could still pick up at 8, no one answered. Then the app updated and said 9:15 pick up. So much confusion. I was late picking it up because I had junk removal company coming at 8:30 (thus why I wanted to pick it up closer by at 8am). That’s all. Everything else was great and the man who runs Soundworx was extremely helpful (just a little too busy imo).

This is the second time in dropped a U-Haul trailer off here and they always assist and are very helpful and clean.

You're app is very unclear when making a reservation about when to drop off your rental. It does not allow you to pick a drop off date or time.

Being from the Northeast, I am not used to the way UHAUL is down down here. Some UHAUL places are in the middle of nowhere with a shack. This location was in a busy area. The owner was sitting outside when I arrived and asked what I needed. I told him exactly what I needed and he went back and got me the smallest truck with a ramp even though I didn't have a reservation. He really saved me big-time.

Nothing, really. The people renting out the uhaul have a very nice place, an easy enough parking lot and they made it so simple to rent and drop off. They made the experience a good one in an otherwise stressful day. I wish there were more people as kind and helpful as they were!

I had an 1100 appointment. They were there early, on a Sunday, and the truck was ready. Upon returning, they were there and handled everything quickly and accurately. Thank you for a very good experience!

Thank you for your excellent service in helping me with my 4' x 8' trailer rental. I was greeted and helped with my rental immediately and efficiently. I only wish you had a bigger parking lot in the front of your building but that's hard to change at your present location.

I set a reservation at the ladson road location. I arrived and no one was there to tell me that my reservation isn’t available. I waited on hold and they sent me to another location to find a truck. They did have a truck but needed it back quickly for the next reservation. The second location was very nice! I find it pretty unprofessional to not tell me my reservation wasn’t available until after the reservation, and who knows when I would’ve been told if I hadn’t called. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with U-Haul and will not be using them in the future

I am genuinely disappointed with my recent U-Haul rental experience. I reserved a van, picked it up as planned, and 40 minutes into my trip, I received a call asking me to return because of a contract error on your end. Although this was inconvenient, I returned without hesitation to resolve the issue. However, the biggest concern was the condition of the van itself. Shortly after starting my move, I noticed several roaches emerging from under the seat. Initially, I saw only one and assumed it was an isolated incident, but several more followed. When I looked under the seat, I discovered food remnants and an empty soda can, which clearly had not been cleaned. This raised concerns about a potential roach infestation, making it impossible for me to transport my belongings without fear of contamination.

I was screwed over by your website. I flew into a different state to rent a truck and Uber’ed there. Only to find it was close. No warning. Called your service and what did yall do? You sent me to another location so I had to pay for an Uber there. And then I got charged more than I was supposed to the original time. Call me

No way to get into parking lot without going into neighboring business parking lot and walking across their grass to get to business. I did mobile pick up so I did not interact with any associates and they were not yet open.
