The staff was friendly & accommodating. The only issue was a lack of parking for the vehicle drop-off.

When I went for mobile pick up the truck was not in a spot that was available for me. I had to wait in a long lone for them to go and retrieve the correct. Upon returning, the parking lot was so small to return large trucks and no one was there to allow us to bring them back behind the chained gate sue to their 3 pm closure. I held up traffic for 20 mins while other U-Haul users were trying to return their 26 ft truck. I DONT THINK LOCATION CAN HANDLE BIG TRUCKS AT ALL!
