My car was not attached to the tow dolly correctly leading me to stop in Birmingham AL to have it cut off and reattached.

The one thing I did not liked was the Corp office transferred me to them for a 20 footer truck .So when I got there, they did not have one. Because Corp office also scheduled 3 other people there also for only 1 20 ft truck. The location work with me to solve my problem.
WILLIAM SEverything went well. No issues with the motorcycle trailer or the location.
Franklin BThe office was closed. It took me quite a while going through my emails to figure out how to return the truck properly. Would have been nice to at least have a sign with some drop off instructions.
