Customer service was excellent
Allen CI'm extremely disappointed in U-Haul I had a reservation for a truck at a location nearby in Summerville South carolina. I was called the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck to say that there would not be one available that location and they sent me to another location that was about 20 mi away I called new location to try to get a closer location and there was not one available the lady at the new location tried to give me unlimited mileage but the computer system will not allow her to do so. She gave me 10 cent off per mile which didn't account for much I ended up spending a lot more on mileage fees due to having to drive 20 miles to pick up a truck and then 20 miles further to take it back. Next time I will not use U-Haul. The website was still showing a truck was available the day I picked it up at the other location.
