I had rented a 15’ truck. I got there unlocked the lock box, and it did not have a key in it. I proceeded to sit on hold with customer support for 30mins in 80° heat trying to get a solution. The “solution” was giving me a 20’ truck (which I took out of necessity and lack of time). Had too much room to where my belongings to shift or fall during transport. And at the end of the reservation when I went to put gas back in, it took 12 gallons to fill from the 40 miles I did. I recommend topping off your vehicles when they get back so I don’t get screwed out of the $4.09 a gallon after having to drive a truck much larger than what I originally had reserved.

elizabeth lCharles S…..was AMAZING!!!! He went above and BEYOND with our truck rental and then we had to return the next day to add a vehicle towing trailer and he REALLY went above and beyond!!!! He came outside and showed my son EXACTLY how to put the straps on his car and REALLY explained EVERYTHING and did not make us feel rushed about ALL of the questions we asked him. He was EXTREMELY patient, professional, and personable. He made a VERY stressful time not so stressful.
