There was a market going on at this dropoff location, which made it difficult to get the vehicle into the lot and park due to pedestrian traffic and other cars parked in the lot. I returned the vehicle over more than 12 hours prior to the required due date, prior to 1pm on a Saturday when my rental was not due until 7:30am on Sunday. The rep at the store indicated they would check me in after the store closed at 1pm. They did not check me out until 8am on Sunday. I felt like I would have received a reduced rate due to returning the equipment over 12 hours earlier than the scheduled time. I did not. Very unhappy with the return experience.
