Truck was dirty inside and outside . Gas tank showed between1/2 and 1/4 of a tank of gas so that's what I returned the truck with . Also I was charged for something extra and I had no explanation of what the charge was for

Beverly M.Hire new front desk staff. I was treated horribly all because the front desk agent was upset with the main office. She told me she was “doing me a favor†by allowing me to rent a truck. Yelled and asked “Do you want it or not!†And yes I did curse her ass out. She deserved every bit. Then she tried to apologize later. I should've paid attention to the reviews of this dump. I deserve a refund. Reservation guarantee is a lie. Took over an hour after my pick up time to finally get the keys after she was done trying to lecture me about office issues that I have nothing to do with. . Made me late and unable to do what I really rented the truck for. Will never give this place business again.

JENNIFER F.Charge less? Make sure your online information matches your call center information. Online it said 476.00 with tax. We ordered 0 insurance. Got to the store it was 557.00....ridiculous. we also booked for 8:30 am. Could not puck up until 10:30 am and we had to drive to another location for pick up 25 mi uses away. 🙄 also our movers canceled after we paid and new movers did not show up until 2:00pm. Overall we were extremely disappointed

Helen W.Be a little more organized. I think the person checking me in was new to learning the process. No one offered to walk out with me and do a pre inspection which was okay because I knew what to look for. I received a call and text after I got home reminding me to tighten the lock more... I'm glad they did this because in my hurry I had not tightened the screw enough so I certainly made sure that was done prior to heading up north with a loaded trailer.

DONALD C.I had requested pick up at another location approximately 10 miles closer to my original site. When I went to fill out the pre-pick up info one day before pick-up, my reservation of THREE WEEKS was no longer available. I will not use U-HAUL ever again. Extremely poor service and no service agent available to speak with. Everything is done with text/email and very limited to rectify any discrepancies.
