JOVOHNTEE WI had a 0830 reservation made Tuesday for a Friday morning. I follow the directions online and the lock box in assigned has no lock or key. I call customer service because it’s outside of uhauls working hours. The gentleman that I spoke with was semi helpful. He put me in contact with a woman who was able to switch my reservation to a truck with an available key. The only problem was it don’t have the dolly I paid for. By this time it’s 10 and they’re open. I go inside and am told there are no available dolly’s, even though the price I paid included said dolly and a 15’ truck. Fine. I take the truck and notice the gas isn’t filled to full. Noted. Once I’m done I bring back the 10’ truck and check to ensure I was charged correctly. I was not. The woman on staff was absolutely no help. She had to reach out to the owner for every single question I asked. She told me the owner would reach out to fix the pay issue. I have yet to be called or refunded. The worst U-Haul experience I’ve EVER had.
