Fuck you for the absurd pickup process on the app. Why would I bring a copy of my lease, my passport, or have my employer available to receive a phone call verification at the time of my rental pickup?

Michael DGot the truck dirty, with sand and trash on the floor and filthy windows. The drivers side door was broken which made it hard to close. Only had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. Very shoddy.
