The app said to lock the doors, but gave no instructions about where to leave the keys, so I left them in the truck and locked it. The location didn't have a spare. I have to pay $50 for a locksmith. Other than that I liked everything.BRIAN B.

The person who sold the trailer rental was fine. However, the person that went to look at it after we had problems right after the rental assumed my wife, didn't know about trailers and tried to mansplain to her that trailers normally have broken leafsprings and they just don't roll normally because we don't really know about trailers. The problem is she grew up on a farm, I was the Controller of Nation Tank and Trailer and sold trailers and trailer parts for two years, now I just sell trailer parts at TRP international, but I think I know my way around a trailer a bit more than most people. Don't mansplain something to a customer. The trailer they originally rented had a faulty issue that needed fixed and we need a new rental because it was not up to satisfaction. Just meet your end of the bargain. We didn't want your trailer to mess up our vehicle. We were trying to save you cost for renting us a faulty trailer. The trailer was changed out, but the attitude from the employee was completely unnecessary. Thank you.Adam S.

The vehicle itself was vissibly clean and ran great, but it smelled liked someone had been smoking pot in there. It was very strong everytime you opened the door.Jeremy F.

I had difficulty in making the reservation. The agent and I both discussed a location in Niles, MI. When I arrived we discovered the rental was in south bend, IN. South bend was never mentioned in the reservation phone call.Wayne M.

Our return expierience was a nightmare. We were stuck on the side of a road for almost an hour because the UHaul customer service gave me a return address for our truck for a business that no longer exists (the address they gave us led to an empty building). 3 customer service phone calls which I could never get through and 2 online chats later, we finally had a new drop off location. Most frustrating experience with UHaul overall , not specific to this particular business.Anthony L.

Their address is not at all visually correct. At 605 N. Hickory there is no sign (â€œUHaulâ€) or indication of any business other than a Dollar General. The office is probably at least 200 yds from Hickory. With perseverance, I turned on Miracle Lane, which intersects with Hickory, to begin the hunt.DAVID M.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! The app crashed, the customer service in the office was miserable at best. Every time I asked a question the gentleman just huffed at me and acted like I was just interrupting his day. THE TRUCK ONLY HAD 3/4 OF A TANK. YET I WAS REQUIRED TO RETURN IT WITH A FULL TANK. I'll be honest UHAUL - unless you make this right - I will never use your services again - and neither will be businesses, family, or friends.Max J.
