I returned my U-Haul more than 24 hours in advance of when it was due and was still charged for all 3 days after being told it would be prorated if returned early.

Key to reserved U-haul was not available. Waited for assistance in the cold. When assistance arrived, they also could not locate the key for the reserved U-haul. Awful service at this location
