Staff is always superb.
mark cNot being familiar with rental process without the office being open it took an extra 45 minutes to complete the process. All representatives were helpful but ask it should be noted to ask people IF they have done a U-Haul rental before and explain the steps a bit better.
Betty KThere was no one at the original pickup location and no way to contact anyone. We had to contact the above location and go there with the trailer to officially check it out.
