The staff was very helpful and rental process was smooth. The only thing I observed was a leakage when it was raining, somewhere around the mom’s attic sections. Other than that, the overall service was excellent.

I dropped off after hours, so I did not interact with anyone at the South Bend site. I received an email confirming the status of my return early the next day, which was great.
