Richard CThis comment is directed at the UHaul location on the corner of McKinley and Bittersweet. Person was rude and making try and navigate the site to do the rental info unlike the location on Hickory where they scan my ID and take care of everything. The McKinley site is not set up properly to do rentals and should not be doing them. Horrible service
