Marvin WThere was nothing wrong with the location, but I used Apple Maps and put in the address of 825 Bradford St., and it took me to the wrong area about a half mile down the road. And it took me another 15 to 20 minutes to figure out where this location was.
Don SThe location was actually great, but what you did do is move my rental across town instead of the nearest location to my house and I had to compensate. If I make a reservation at one place and you move it 20 minutes away when I’m on a tight timeline you need to honor the original location and get the equipment to that location. It was unacceptable to switch the day before and me have to change my plans for the day because of it.
Robert KTransmission is in bad shape, takes too long for the gears to shift and it lurches. The cargo door gets stuck about a foot from full closure, it’s a bear to get it fully closed.

Allan Kthe drop off location was hard to locate. since the pick up location put the wrong drop off street i wasted time looking for them Couldn't even call them since the phone on the paperwork didn't go to anyone. The ladies at the drop off were very helpful and understanding. they didn't understand or know where the wrong address and phone number was on the paperwork.
