the drop off location was hard to locate. since the pick up location put the wrong drop off street i wasted time looking for them Couldn't even call them since the phone on the paperwork didn't go to anyone. The ladies at the drop off were very helpful and understanding. they didn't understand or know where the wrong address and phone number was on the paperwork.
