Need to clarify I dropped off when no one was there though pretty sure it was during their open hours. That said, it was easy and they had easy to follow directions to drop off without anyone there.

The crank for the landing gear needs to be greased in oil, very hard to crank down. I would recommend U-Haul to get a much lighter trailer, same size but super light 6 feet wide 12 feet long tandem wheels super light with the ramps for small equipment like tractors lawn mowers.ETC…

The u haul web site identified a location in narragansett hat was much closer to the job site. This location in narragansett no longer carries u haul truck rentals. There fore I lost 2 hours in locating another rental location and further away from my location. Please update your web site for more a accurate info of truck rental locations.

An available, inexpensive way to move a motorcycle. Great hours, easy transaction. Uhaul trailers are heavy duty, tow well, easy to use. Nothing to complain about. Can't ask for more.

the van smelled strongly of livestock or manure. It was clean as in nothing left behind but the smell was pretty bad.
