Employees had no idea whatsoever what they were doing. Never even asked us if we needed supplies like dollies or blankets, had no idea how to explain the insurance, and simply were not helpful.

it was fine but was really far away from my destination. You should have a location closer to URI, University Rhode Island. Your locations were really far from my pick up location and drop off and you charged me for extra miles. Not good.

Your on line return and pick up system never works for me not at all user friendly help line people have no power to help solve problems Extreme frustration each of 3 times I had to use it help line people said it must be a browser problem NO GOOD IN MY EYES I have set up 20 rentals for my summer jobs and only Jeremy ayvSouth county trailer location is of any help I now await your response 401/486/6884 Vin O’Grady
