STEPHEN SI first had a reservation for the Louisville area to pick up the uhaul only to learn the day before that they did not have anything available. I had my reservation for 2 weeks. Scrambling to find a uhaul for our move the next day, I found one near my home and had to pull it to Louisville to load up. Very poor customer service with my uhaul experience, beware even if they give you a reservation confirmation, it means nothing!!!
