The drop off location in marysville ohio,was no help at all,they acted like it was a bother,no one came out to see if any help was needed. And would not answer any questions simply kept saying .I don't know whatever.so I will never use any service at the drop off location of pakmail.

Not the fault of this particular location, but overall this uhaul experience was very unpleasant. The truck that I reserved had a failed door gasket allowing water in. The water made some of the blankets wet. These are only two of the many problems that I had on this reservation.

In the future have the equipment ordered available at the location chosen by the customer. If it is not available, notify the lessee more than 2 hours in advance. If a customer makes a transaction online and participates in online check in, this should speed up the process. I had to drive to another state to pick up my equipment and waited 45 minutes before even doing a walk around with the attendant. This caused me to be an hour late to meet the movers I booked through the Uhaul website. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory.

I rented a 10 foot truck but they didn't have one so they bumped me up to a 17 foot truck, they couldn't have been nicer!! Will come back to this location in the future!

The door latch continued to come open and the two of the four running lights did not work. I asked for them to please check everything out well before I left and I was told that everything was working just fine however obviously it wasn't. I lost a set of straps that I put in the back because the door opened on its own because the latch did not lock. I ended up having to zip tie it shut. The dealership that I turned it in at here in Durham took it out of use until it could be fixed. Unfortunately that didn't help me any and I ended up spending over $230 for a trailer that obviously had issues and cost me a set of straps.

Dana, our sales rep was excellent in handling our pick-up. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I would recommend more information on your website regarding the weight requirements for the 2" ball. I was told to bring a 2" ball for the trailer, but no one mentioned (on-line or at the 16th Street, Huntington WV location where I originally placed the order) the 5000lbs requirement. This was a little inconvenient since I had to return home to get another receiver. My original was only rated for 3500lbs.

Got charged for use of dolly, but I did not use it. They said the seal was broke, well I don't know why, but I did not use it. Rental agents need to make sure seals are intact.

This was an excellent trailer. We ran into a blizzard in Arizona and torrential rains in CA. This was carrying my Shelby GT350 which was very valuable to me and the trailer performed well, braking, tracking, sway control, everything, I was impressed.

The dolly and blankets being stored in the truck get in the way. The truck box door was a major pain to close and kept jamming. The pad lock also didn't want to close.

it rained my truck leaked my new box spring and matters was wet and ruined I payed a 1000.00 for this just not right you don't expect this to happen. These trucks should not leak water on your stuff

Open before 9 a.m. The problem I had with a rental is not with the commission agency I had to deal with, but rather with UHaul corp and their system of maybe well have the requested unit and maybe you'll have to drive elsewhere to pick it up. If you are allowed to reserve at a location, then the unit reserved should be there.If not say so and I'll take my business elsewhere. Which I will probably do anyhow, in the future.

Have more gas in the vehicle when you pick it up. It was on a quarter of a tank when I picked up the uhaul so I had to stop 2 different times to put gas in the vehicle.
