The truck interior was pretty dirty and the customer service wasnt the best. The door on the back of the truck was super hard to close. I originally rented a 10 foot truck and at the last minute was given a 15 foot truck at a different location with no discount with the price of gasoline.

Have someone there earlier than 9am and hire friendly people. I sat there from 6:30 am until 9:30 am because the app chat is AI. I called customer service and no help at all. This issue caused me to start our move very late and threw off then entire day! Also the girls in the office are also rude and absolutely no help either. It seems as if every single human that works for this company hates customer service and lets you know it. Never ever using this company ever again.
