Person at pick up site was helpful in getting UHaul rental approved as there was a glitch in the computer scanning system to upload information. Only other issue was she couldn’t find the return site in my area and had a return location listed 2 hours from me. My home site UHaul drop off point fixed that. He informed me that u haul could have charged me for the change in locations but didnt
Lisa WVehicle was in poor running condition, engine light was on when I picked the truck up. The truck could barely go 65 and it shook when it reached 65 mph

Rowan AIf they are a senior, just remind them the gas gauge is at the top. I know it's trivial, but I have bad corneas and trouble picking that up. The lady who waited on me was very generous to cut me break and for that I'm truly grateful!

Joseph BSmelled like somebody had been smoking marijuana inside the facility, attendant was asking question about my trailer rental that was none of her business as I've never been asked similar questions by any other franchise or U-Haul location. the trailer had quite a bit of gravel in it I would not recommend doing business with this location.

Michael MI didn't like that I had to drive to Ohio to pick up my rental. There are multiple locations in Huntington and neither of them had a smaller truck. Ridiculous.

Marty SWhen I got there, the store was closed. I used the online drop-off service to leave the 6 x 12 trailer, but didn't realize until the end that it was very heavy and I was unable to lift the trailer tongue off the hitch of my truck. I spent 30 minutes trying to find a way. Although I am handicapped, I had no other options so I finally pulled on it until I was sure I would hurt myself. All went well until the end, but next time I will have to hire professionals because I thought there would be people in the office until 4pm.

Morgan CMy only complaint is that I paid for a furniture dolly and didn’t receive it. Which made getting my washer and dryer a little bit difficult, but overall everything else was okay.

william mWhen we used your app to check the vehicle in, this location didn’t show up for us so we were unable to check it back in. I called U-Haul and reported that it was returned and that we had a problem with the app but we were still charged for an extra day. When we reported this it was taken care of within 24 hours. We appreciated that.
Robert WTrailer is TOOO heavy not to have a jack!!!!!! I injured my back helping the lady lift the trailer onto the back of my truck (the 2 ladies working could not lift). I could not lift the trailer from the back of my truck when returned without additional injury so used my jack. Very poor is how I would rate overall due to my back which is sad because the trailer was convent to use and performed well. I would rent again but I WILL NOT LIFT YOUR TRAILER so a jack MUST be provided!!!!!!!!!! No one should lift anything that heavy and awkward.
Ernest MMost horrifying experience of my life. The girls that attached the trailer to the truck, were not trained and had no tools. Apparently they didnt tighten the tongue on the hitch which cause it to come off whole driving on interstate. The chains did hold and although the trailer was literally all over the road, no one was hurt. Yes. It was refunded but that does nothing to solve all the time, sweat, tears, and cost of the additional uhaul truck to finish the move. We had to unpack the trailer in a hot parker lot to load the truck. I had to leave several items behind and will have to make another trip. I am convinced the issue was more with the incompetence of the store that rented and connected the trailer.

ronald wVolume control on radio did not work making it useless. So no radio for 6 hour drive. Also no cruise control was pretty hard as well.
Derek VI made the reservation last week with the place I rented from. When I got there they said the truck wasn't available because of a mechanical issue, I asked them to honor the price that I was originally given and they refused. The said that I was wrong about the price, I was very angry and the issue was not resolved. We ended up with a 10ft truck and a hand cart. Interestingly, the person who made the reservation by phone remembered the conversation and confirmed when we got out to the parking lot,, that was accurate, but didn't do so in front of the two older women there. She also said I should have received a confirmation from UHaul which I did not, I was told I could get a 15' truck with a ramp for $29.95, but the other person said it was $39.95. I have a reservation for Saturday and will be canceling it later today. I will find another place to rent from and if at all possible it will not be UHaul. The whole experience mad a hard day even worse.

Michael RThe drop off location in marysville ohio,was no help at all,they acted like it was a bother,no one came out to see if any help was needed. And would not answer any questions simply kept saying .I don't know whatever.so I will never use any service at the drop off location of pakmail.

Timothy SNot the fault of this particular location, but overall this uhaul experience was very unpleasant. The truck that I reserved had a failed door gasket allowing water in. The water made some of the blankets wet. These are only two of the many problems that I had on this reservation.

Diane AIn the future have the equipment ordered available at the location chosen by the customer. If it is not available, notify the lessee more than 2 hours in advance. If a customer makes a transaction online and participates in online check in, this should speed up the process. I had to drive to another state to pick up my equipment and waited 45 minutes before even doing a walk around with the attendant. This caused me to be an hour late to meet the movers I booked through the Uhaul website. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory.
