We have been U haul users in the past. Never had a problem until now. Due to not being able to unlock the lock to get the key from the pickup location which put us behind in moving my mothers things, the u haul employee that came to help, said we could have an extra day WITH NO CHARGE. Well U haul took almost $60 out of my mothers account to cover that â€œfree extra dayâ€.Debbie P.

When I called the local number to try and clarify an issue with my pickup, the only thing the person on the phone could tell me was to call the 1-800 number. When I arrived (before hours because I was doing the online pick up), the lock box containing my rental vehicle key was unsecured; it did not have a lock on it. The experience with this location was very poor. The assistance provided by customer service at the 1-800 number was excellent.Matthew J.
