Stacie HWe returned our truck after hours in the dark. I had problems finding this place. I had originally signed up for another place and when I got there I signed into my Uhaul account and it sent me elsewhere? Why? The new place did not have signage easy to see in dark. Also got charged for going over my mileage- well you sent me further away so I went over. A simple return turned into a frustrating experience!
Lester LWe have been U haul users in the past. Never had a problem until now. Due to not being able to unlock the lock to get the key from the pickup location which put us behind in moving my mothers things, the u haul employee that came to help, said we could have an extra day WITH NO CHARGE. Well U haul took almost $60 out of my mothers account to cover that “free extra day”.
