The problem is that there is no U-Haul staff on duty there. You check in online but our van was THERE but listed as not available. The gals in the bookstore warehouse were a bit friendly but unable to help. The did, eventually, find the bookstore owner and he went to the lockbox, found the keys to the van, and gave them to us. The return was MUCH easier...no human intervention needed and very fast (online) and we put the keys in the dropbox. If the owner had not been there when we arrived we would have had a really hard time.
