While the truck overall was clean, it did have a bit of trash in it and something gross on the seat. The lady that does the uhaul was not even there, I had to talk to her over the phone and her father did the contract and got me the keys. I was looking for a more personable experience, and I am not a person who likes doing things electronically through a phone.
