Improve on your customer service. I had to locate the truck myself in your parking lot. No one assisted me with bringing the dolly and the blankets out to the truck. The blankets were dirty. The truck was so dirty that it took me 40 minutes to clean it before I used it. I had to sweep out the back. The cab had leftover food in it. Cigarette ashes all over the place. Dried up, sticky soda in the cupholders. Mud on the floor mats. Which I had to clean before I could even use the truck. I was told that it had a half a tank of gas. But when I filled it up, it was clear that it was much less than a half a tank. Overall, I am very dissatisfied.

Worker was not trained on how to rent uhaul. Took a while to get it done. Representative was polite . Just not trained.

You will get messed up equipment and the people can barely understand you and they like to charge extra and try to make it sneaky so that they can earn a buck or two. The WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had!!!!!!

Very easy to drop off, the gentlemen met me at the truck and we were on our way.

When I dropped off the trailer I asked them.Would I be getting anything to show that the trailer and the packing materials were dropped off and they said no.All I had to do was just drop it off and that would be it. They were not helpful at all at that location. I had to call the main office to be sure that it was checked in.

First of all I ordered a truck, you didn't have the correct size. You said I would get the larger one for the same price. We go to pick it up and you had no record of my order. Yet you charged my account. Then I couldn't get a key. Had to go to Manchester for a truck, and I had to pay someone, for gas etc. Then, You said I would get a $50.00 credit. You did not give me that!. Tullahoma is awful, but the Manchester girl was fantastic!!! You really messed up my whole move. This comment is for the Tullahoma locta ion.

U-Haul should let the renter choose where to return versus making them return to a farther distance and have to pay more. I will report to bbb as this is bad business practice.

How come I had to pay 140.88 plus I had to put gas in it before I left to use it and when I got back .

This is a VERY scary place. This is a "hotel" that appears to be used for "extended stay" or perhaps by the hour. There was a man in the back seat of his car, right next to where we had to get our truck. He was SCREAMING obscenities to himself. It was a VERY unsafe location and we would NEVER use it again and are telling everyone to not use it.

Call an exterminator… the truck had cockroaches. We found 3 live ones and 2 dead in the back of the truck. We intended to use the truck to empty our storage unit..however in light of the infestation we decided just to cut our losses and return the truck! Besides the bugs, I was giving a hard time just to pick up the truck even with my confirmation number. The entire experience was disappointing!!!

Happy customer. 24 hour availability is fantastic when you’re moving. Location is easy to find. Added bonus was customer service agent( pleasant and polite)calling me to reassure reservation and answer any questions. ( on a Sunday morning when all other UHaul locations are closed)

Reserved online, means nothing. No point in even doing it. Went to pick up my truck and the battery was dead. Had to cancel my reservation and redo it all over again wasting my time. Asked for estimated mileage, which I don't know, and they went ahead and charged me that estimated mileage right then and there. Turns out I got charged twice for their mistake. Then when I returned it he was even a bigger nightmare. Could not get me a receipt that I had checked it in and I still have not received a receipt from u-haul. Had to get him to manually print out a receipt right on it and sign it. Never again will I use U-Haul. 99 cents per mile is absolutely ludicrous. If I knew it was going to be that much I would not have rented from this business. I'm going to do my best to never rent from U-Haul again. By the way there was broken glass in the back of the truck and they had the audacity to tell me to make sure to sweep it out before I returned it. 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone

1st location refused the drop off second place was a roach motel and did not want to accept the drop off also until I called uhaul. Poor customer service here. The lady on the phone at uhaul was very helpful though.

They over charge me and my friend when I said 60 miles they charge us 600 mil

The person having us back up the trailer told us to keep going and that we were clear, but we were not and hit the other trailer next to where we were backing in at. Then he was mad even though there was no damage to either trailer, even though he was the one that told us to keep going. They also stole our 7-4 adapter so that was $25 out of our pocket. I wouldn't set foot in this place again. Horrible experience.
