Person working counter didn’t know hook up process.
CAROL BYou will get messed up equipment and the people can barely understand you and they like to charge extra and try to make it sneaky so that they can earn a buck or two. The WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had!!!!!!
BENJAMIN WVery easy to drop off, the gentlemen met me at the truck and we were on our way.
TIMOTHY TWhen I dropped off the trailer I asked them.Would I be getting anything to show that the trailer and the packing materials were dropped off and they said no.All I had to do was just drop it off and that would be it. They were not helpful at all at that location. I had to call the main office to be sure that it was checked in.
