First, when I booked online, I thought I was booking at a different location, one where we had done business before. So this was a first time using this place. To make you understand the atmosphere there, my 20 year old daughter, who is incredibly independent made her brother go in with her. She said , in her words, it was very sketchy. But the main reason for this review is that we were way overcharged. The hotel where we picked it up was 7 miles from our home. She returned home to load it and then went to her new apartment 31 miles away. They unloaded, she came back home and then returned it the next day, full of gas. 76 miles total. This was her first time renting and while she looked at the odometer, she did not take a picture nor check it against the form they emailed. So, what should have been $130 was actually charged at $250. We did not dispute because we had no proof. We have never had an issue before and we have rented several times within the past 5 years. However, if these type of businesses are being allowed to represent U-Haul, I have to wonder if standards are being relaxed!

Run-down, old motel with broken down cars and seedy people hanging around. Very sketchy place. Some people would call it a crack house.
Kurtis SIt was connected to a hotel/motel. Was not expecting that to be the pick up place. Not a sign either but GPS was accurate.
Kaylee CRepresentative did not assist or even check the hook-up in any way. Also, I was charged for the Safe Tow insurance and did not select it when I made the reservation in the U-Haul app.
MARK MThe truck brake were not working properly. You had to floor the brakes in order for the truck to come to a stop. The alignment in the truck was in a very bad shape.
