Representative did not assist or even check the hook-up in any way. Also, I was charged for the Safe Tow insurance and did not select it when I made the reservation in the U-Haul app.

The truck brake were not working properly. You had to floor the brakes in order for the truck to come to a stop. The alignment in the truck was in a very bad shape.
