Owner showed up hour and a half late of my scheduled pick up time. He was very apologetic and pleasant to deal with. The computer rental system crashed which delayed getting on road with equipment too. I picked my trailer up on Friday, dropped it off to this location on Saturday (two days in advance) and the only person that could enter it into the system was not there so the worker unhooked it and said his boss would take care of it. Never happened. I get an email from uhaul telling me that i never returned the trailer. I was furious!!!!!!Jeremy V.

A U-Haul Rep should always let a customer know if the web based rental form warned that according to the information entered, the desired equipment is not recommended for the proposed job. If they can't do that, we should be able to enter the info into a computer on site provided by U-Haul. I came home and completed the same on line form in under 5 minutes, and it took the U-Haul Rep over 35 minutes, and I was the only customer.JAMES M.
Clean the cigarette ashes and smell out of the truck. The agent's computer was down, so he called U Haul. They were very incompetent, couldn't get the credit card numbers right, tried to charge me twice the price, etc. I had to ensure that everything was correct myself. U haul should manage quality control, not the customer.Tim E.
Ensure the owner is trained on computer skills, also be more professional he was in the office with another associate cursing and drinking beer while my wife and I trying to pickup the truck. I was directed from the website to go there, if I know where it was located I would have never driven to the area. I was very disappointing in U-haul.LEON H.
