My reservation was changed and I was pissed off. It was $78.08 and I was charged $115 for safe drive which I did not select at all I never do!!!, 24 furniture pads, furniture dolly and equipment dolly. I wanted to change it back and take those things off because that was not in my original reservation. Tried calling waited 20 minutes hung up. Went to the location on tower ave in superior wi. She removed the pads and dolly couldn’t remove the safe drive. She said it would be refunded I have no confirmation receipt or anything. I would like my money back because I did not use those items and they were taken back before my drive home to load up my things and move
