This was a horrible customer experience. The equipment and location were changed last minute by U Haul. No one available to open the lock box that was old, worn out a defective.. M<ajor poor attitude from the third party site rep when she finally showed up. Truck was old and very beat up. Brakes barely functioning. Steering wobbles at more than 40 MPH - alignment issue or bad tires. No one available on local phone number for two U Haul sites in Superior WI - they just did not answer the phone and voice prompt instructed to try again later as no voice message capability working. This was a horrible experience. U Haul rental services are clearly on a short term path towards going out of business.

angie jMy reservation was changed and I was pissed off. It was $78.08 and I was charged $115 for safe drive which I did not select at all I never do!!!, 24 furniture pads, furniture dolly and equipment dolly. I wanted to change it back and take those things off because that was not in my original reservation. Tried calling waited 20 minutes hung up. Went to the location on tower ave in superior wi. She removed the pads and dolly couldn’t remove the safe drive. She said it would be refunded I have no confirmation receipt or anything. I would like my money back because I did not use those items and they were taken back before my drive home to load up my things and move
