1. No smoking in vehicles 2.. Mirrors did not adjust. Really scary. All I could see was the box. There is no adjustment. Have to look out of convex mirrors only. I can see why there are so many dents and scrapes on the bodyStuart M.

I know this isn't all the fault of this U-Haul dealer, but the employee at this location changed our return area and it completely messed up our entire billing. Instead of being charged about $59, we are now fighting a $168 charge. It seems like it was more of a technical error within U-Haul's system, but the employee made it seem like it wasn't going to be an issue whatsoever.Eric S.

Horrible because the process had to be done online only and not explained well between local and one way. Most likely will look elsewhere when moving again. I've been billed 3 times totaling approx. $660 to have the truck two days $39/per day and under 100 miles @.79/mile. RidiculousScott Y.

I picked up rental and people at site were courteous and said since they had site in Butler, that I could just leave it there and save a few dollars in mileage charges.I thought that was very nice to offer that option.Kevin M.
