ROBERT LU-Haul pick up by phone is ridiculous. I’ve rented 4 trucks this year and they still wanted to verify me by calling someone. The guy had to come to check me in. Took over an hour.

Angela SBeing a small and independent rental location, they were late opening up. Not an issue perse as a phone call brought them quickly to the site. Plus there was heavy rain and hooking up in the rain is not fun.

Douglas SI was sent there because it would put me outside the allocated miles so I had to pay extra. There was a location 8 miles away but was sent over 30 miles away. Way to steal money from people. You scammed me for $67.60.
jadene aThe a/c didn't work. The cab was dirty with something white on the steering wheel also the inside light in the back didn't work. Also I had to spend 3 hours in 98 degree weather waiting to get the left front tire fixed at a rest area. This was all documented with the person who I spoke with about this. Yet nobody compensated me for this gross negligence.
Kenneth CI ordered a 15 foot truck and I got a small one. We had to make 2 trips and ran late. Thanks U-Haul for not looking at the order.

trevor sWas not on site for pick up. Had to call to come to location even though had an appointment. Had rented 2 dollies and had 0 avaliable. Went over mileage limit as had to go buy dolly. So got charged for that.
Eric GThis was not original location booked. Our truck was sold to someone else the Day Before the date we were to pick up. I even checked in early the day before. When we went to pick it up and were told that, they located one in the next town over. That is time, mileage and gas money we did not plan for. The next location then did not give us the option to decline the insurance therefore overcharging us.

Gregorio Pthe original drop off location was a house, Had to physically search for this drop off location as the second location was not there. called customer service several times and was hung up on 2 times before we found this location.
