U-Haul pick up by phone is ridiculous. I’ve rented 4 trucks this year and they still wanted to verify me by calling someone. The guy had to come to check me in. Took over an hour.

CHARLES RThis woman was very rude has no customer service skills yelling at me about bringing my little two or three pound Yorkie in my arms telling me to take the dog outside the truck was dirty garbage underneath the seats I will not use this establishment again
