Don’t even go here. We arrived 3hrs early for drop off. Got harassed before we even pulled all the way in by employees that didn’t have uniforms on or name tags so we were unaware they were employees and not just people trying to steal a U-Haul or scammers. The lady pushed herself onto me while I was trying to take pictures of mileage and fuel. She said that I was taking all day (still 3hrs early for drop off at this point) The man tried to refuse to let us take pictures (which was required for drop off of us) Manager called after we left and said we tried to steal keys. The app told us to leave the keys in U-Haul drop box so that is what we did. Absolutely awful experience.
