Quentin MDrop off location was closed (It was New Years Day) so unable to answer the above questions. However the parking is very tight and limited to return trucks.
DYLAN WThe person was very nice but we were surprised she would not check the truck while we were there. She just wanted the keys and that was it. We asked if she would check the truck while we were there and she said she would do it later. We were given no proof/receipt that we returned the truck and nothing in writing that said it was returned in the same condition it was rented and with the correct gas. We were at her mercy to check it in honestly without us there to sign off on it. Uncomfortable with this process.

STEPHANIE SNoting that the affiliate locations are just providing convenient pick-up and drop-off locations, the service at this site was lacking. The truck itself was okay. It was clean in the cabin but the payload area needed sweeping. There were 4 trucks on the site. Three were up front near the office and the one I was assigned was in the back forty, far from the office (i.e., no effort to pre-position the truck for convenience at the schedule pick-up time). The fuel tank was not full and there was no interaction with the attendant regarding the in/out fuel status and mileage. Maybe this is partly a consequence of remote check-in. However, I suspect this particular attendant wouldn't have put in any effort to record these values regardless. After handing me the key, I was told where to find the vehicle and that was the end of that conversation. When I returned the truck at 2:45pm on a Thursday afternoon, there was no attendant on site. So, verifying that the mileage and fuel status were recorded properly was out of the question. I only selected this site because it was close. I'll stick with the proper U-Haul locations in the future.

DON QNothing needed to improve. SSHunter was the service representative at the U-Haul location where I picked the rental up. She was professional, made the process easy, and gave great advice. Not only that, when returning the rental, she had 3 people waiting and while working under pressure, was patient and still smiling and friendly. She did an outstanding job and made the process much easier.

I assumed wrongly that there would be some blankets in the truck but when we got to out destination we found there weren’t any. Luckily we weren’t far from the pick up location and they said we could take as many as we needed. Thank you!

Steve aAs I stated above, once again ON ONE was at this location to talk to. I had to call a corporate U Haul number to make sure it was OK to leave truck. Very difficult to do business with U Haul. Next time I will at least check with one of U Haul's competitors.

Joy AU-Haul drop off location was difficult to find. The location itself did not have any exterior signs that identified itself as a U-Haul drop off.
Chris HI forgot to mention that the passenger side view mirror was broken. We didn't realize it until we got on the road.This is a hazard and needs to be repaired.
Thomas HI reserved a truck for Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon with virtual pickup. This location called me on Monday and said I had to pick up the truck on Monday afternoon and could not return it until Wednesday. They said I wuld still be charged for only one day because the truck could not be returned on the holiday. Then I was charged for two days and the location could not help me to correct it - directing me to contact the 1-800 number instead. The truck was is great shape and the representative at the storage shop was nice. There appeared to be a good selection of trucks available.
Richard FThe location had to change our early morning truck pickup time due to space constraints at their location. It should not be an option to book early if the site cannot accommodate it. They communicated the change but I would have liked to know the constraints before I booked.

WANDA TI needed a truck last minute because there was an error with my reservation with a different company that couldn’t be fixed. U-Haul will always be worth the extra dollars, 10/10 customer service, and the reservation/return process is so easy with the app!
