The web site offered extra items to rent such as dollys and blankets. I ordered and paid for those items; but they were not available at this location.The attendant( very nice and efficient), removed the charges. This should not have been on the website if it wasn’t available at this location.

Went to pick up my truck that was set for a 9:30 AM pick up, no staff came to open the office until 9:50 AM.
