Bringing a 26’ rental back was cramped with the small parking availability but other than that it was an overall good experience

TODD LWe reserved equipment months in advance and that equipment was not available upon pickup. We were sent to a second location and they also did not have the equipment. We were lectured and told that all equipment was first come first serve. Which seems ridiculous as we reserved everything months in advance. We were also not spoken to as humans.
