I rented the vehicle with less than 1/8 tank of gas (29 miles was the distance I could drive at pick-up). Dispatcher informed me to return vehicle with same amount of fuel. I did. Drop off location charged me $38 for fuel. At local prices that would be ~10 gal of gas, almost 1/4 tank. This is disappointing. I left a message with the return location requesting a refund.FRANK A.

rented a 26 ft truck. Know the area well, and knew the parking lot of this storage facility was small. prior to the rental, left 3 messages over the week prior to the rental for the manager to please call to let me know where to park upon return of truck, no return call. After the return, was wanting to see if they would look in truck to locate a cloth mask we may have left, still no return call after leaving message. Would not return here again.JAMES N.

Holly was the person we dealt with and she must have been having a bad day. First, she asked me if I would drive the truck to the back lot â€” in the rain without an offer to run me back to the front in the cart. Guess her phone call was more important. She threw our rental agreement with our receipts in the trash and when my wife arrived she went inside to retrieve it and after waiting 15 minutes while Holly finished her call she was not able to retrieve it. Lastly, we received a text invoice from Ihaul about a $14 fuel bill. We went back and asked Holly - we thought the tank was 1/4 full - she said it was closed to 3/8 but it would have been nice to know before we left and not be blind sided. We told her we left her 7 blankets - no thank you'd for the gesture.VICKIE S.

One dolly had a seized bearing and the other a flat tire making them both very difficult to use. Thankfully, I was mostly refunded for the cost of these dollies. However, if it weren't for the availability of moving carts at my storage company my move would have been significantly delayed while trying to acquire well maintained equipment.Bryan N.

Everything was great and easy except for the pick up. On the phone I believe it was stated I would be picking it up a lot closer to home. This caused me to go over on my mileage by 7 miles and have to pay. This does not reflect on the pick up location. The staff was very welcoming. Everything was exceptional on the other hand. Would recommend Uhaul and always use them in the future.James M.
Need more than one customer service rep. I arrived at 9:15 am (open at 9) with 3 hard days ahead of me. There was a sign that said...be back at 10. :-( I say there (even after doing all the online checkin) for 45 mins. She had to go to the bank.Rick P.
