The truck was a pice of junk. Almost 100,000 miles on it. Ailment was way off very difficult driving on the highway. Transmission sounded terrible. I travelled from the whir mountains to Woburn ma about 110 miles mostly highway. A very scary experience. I was suppose to get a 15 foot truck. They gave me this a 20 foot truck like they were doing me a favor. U haul is a large company they should of made sure they game me a decent truck. A rep was suppose to call me on sun night to confirm no call now I no why. They should give me my money back. If a rep wants to call me my cell is 1 (781) 640-9350. Name is Joe

I did the mobile check-in and the connectivity was very difficult in that area. It might be best to inform the client to check-in before they get there, if possible.
