They literally called the cops on us. I originally wanted to pick it up at a counter to avoid such complications, but UHAUL changed it last minute as this was the only location with a 15 foot truck. The morning of I got the app downloaded with great difficulty and I thought I'd just figure out the check in process when I got there. When we got to speed bear repair we started the check in process where it has us take pictures of my license and we began trying to figure out which Uhaul was ours. I placed my license on a nearby trailer to take pictures of the front and back and we opened the back of a nearby 15' truck to see if it had the dolly we reserved. It didn't have it so we looked in the back of the other trucks to see if maybe they had left it in another one. At this point the cops arrived. She asked us why we were there and we explained we were getting a rental. We had to wait until the shop owner showed up - at first it was an employee. He began chastising us telling us we had no right to look in any uhaul that didn't match our vehicle number. We hadn't gotten to that point yet but okay I now see what he was talking about. Then we had to wait for the main owner to come in. He was understanding and even apologetic and we then were able to move on, figure out how to get our keys, and then move on our way... still with no dolly. I'll give at least two stars because the truck was there but next time hopefully we can do it without having the cops called on us.

KATHERINE DNot being able to leave a vehicle at the location is a major drawback. There’s multiple cars in disrepair on the property that look like they’ve been there a long time! if one or two of those were removed there would be plenty of room for the occasional U-Haul customer to park for a day while using a rented truck. I will probably rent elsewhere in the future because of this. Also it was also not advertised before renting from this location that I could not leave a vehicle.

Joseph HAgain, we were not told from this location either that there was a $25 cleaning fee at the end that they just charge us. If it's in the fine print, they should also disclose!!

Leonard EInclude more miles when the customer has to drive over an hour South to get a truck when he needs to be 1/2 hour north. Used to be able to get trucks transferred. Sad that the customer has to pay to do U-Hauls job. Not the sites fault. This is a U-Haul issue.
Jason MI would not recommend the location in Campton, NH. They weren't open when we dropped it off like initially stated. We cleaned out the unit and left it and then are being charged $15 for a cleaning fee when we were told up front there were no other fees. I called before we took it back and a man answered that sounded like he was sleeping and just told us to drop it. Unprofessional. I want pictures of the inside. I don't believe I need to pay this $15 fee. Switch and Bait!

ethan bAfter-hours drop-off was no problem. Bring a headlamp if you are disconnecting a trailer at night because there's not much light. Otherwise, wide-open area to drop off and move on with your day or night.
Paul CWanted me to back the auto transport into a space that was perpendicular to the two lane road and only as wide as the trailer. Made two attempts then abandoned my efforts. Uhaul corporate made arrangements to have the trailer picked up at my business. NOT a good reflection to the Uhaul brand.

Yakov KThe truck was a pice of junk. Almost 100,000 miles on it. Ailment was way off very difficult driving on the highway. Transmission sounded terrible. I travelled from the whir mountains to Woburn ma about 110 miles mostly highway. A very scary experience. I was suppose to get a 15 foot truck. They gave me this a 20 foot truck like they were doing me a favor. U haul is a large company they should of made sure they game me a decent truck. A rep was suppose to call me on sun night to confirm no call now I no why. They should give me my money back. If a rep wants to call me my cell is [redacted]. Name is Joe
