I have no qualms with the dealer. The online U-Haul check in gave me a hassle. I rented a truck on a Saturday while the dealer was closed for the weekend. U-Haul support was able to start helping me after about an hour wait. Customer support was friendly and helpful. I wound up about 2 hours behind schedule. It was concluded there had been a glitch in the system. I was pardoned a portion of my payment.MATTHEW M.

Well I am gonna go ahead and get it out and say that the mileage was wrong at time of departure as it stated different on the paper and the fuel level was also wrong as well showed on paper half tank. But actual level was just a little over quaterand not a half then charge their customer and extra 13 or 14 bucks after the initial charge of 110. For only having the truck 3 hrs and driving just shy of 90 milesCLINT F.
