The process was easy and smooth from starting the rental online to finishing it in person. And, was glad they only put the estimated total hold on my card. Not some ridiculous 100’s of dollars more. Also, there were no hidden fees or prices from the 19.99$ to the amount per mile to the insurance put on the truck. All was correct and no weird fee popped up. All was explained about gas and the checking the vehicle myself was easy with the link they send you to do it. So overall great experience. Highly recommend.
