The gentleman who received the drop off was uncaring. The location was actually at a different place. The website tried to send me to Ontario, which I couldn't get to because the border is closed, and then the customer service representative I spoke to hung up on me while trying to transfer me to a different department. When I called back, it was a very simple process.Sabra W.
This location handed me the keys to a 10 foot UHAUL. When I arrived at my home I opened the back of the UHAUL to load my belongings in and there was a copious amount of thick blue liquid all over the floor along with a wooden pallet over it. It appeared, in some areas, that someone had tried to clean it up, but then gave up and put a pallet on top of it. This location either does not inspect their vehicles when they are returned or they do not take care to make sure the vehicle is in good condition to rent to others before handing them the keys.Zoe B.

Location did not have a 2-wheel, nor did it have the pads -- both of which I requested weeks in advance. The truck had mud on the outside, and mud inside -- and I got charged a cleaning fee at the drop-off location.Joseph P.

Was sold wrong service and then told I had to pay 1100 dollars more to drop off trailer. Generally manager wouldn't work with me just kept hanging up phone on me. Had to call corporate to get right quoted price lady at corporate was extremely helpful only positive about my whole experience.David A.

Check the backs of trucks - This is renting in general ive had it happen at like 2 other u haul dealers - Get home and open it up to some elses trash in the back and then I have to throw it away so they dont think I left it -This time it was just a few peaces of trash -chad M.

The rates are not good for traveling from NY to Fl they are almost double. Won't recommend uhaul to a friend because of this pricing differential.Norman G.

This drop off area is a smoke shop that accepts U - haul drop off. It is a clean shop and convenient for Canadian rental drop off. Although a secondary part of the store the attendant was very pleasant, informed and courteous, considering she was very busy with other customers. Thanksty D.

The location was fine where we picked up, however the gentleman that I had dealt with was not customer service material. When It came to pay for the truck, the price was NOT the price I was given. The gentleman just stood there and look at me and said well this is what it is showing. My mother whom was with me, spoke up and asked him if he could call them. The clerk did a little huffing and puffing like a 2 year old and seemed like that was to much to ask but went ahead and did it. About 5 minutes later he came back and low and behold the price was even CHEAPER than what I had. In between all this I would like to remind you there was NO CUSTOMERS in the the facility. After about 30 to 45 minutes of dealing with the NOT so friendly clerk, we were finally on our way.stacey G.
I love the extended hours. Most U-Hauls in this region close while I am still at work Being able to pick up a trailer after work and be ready to go first in the morning is a huge convenience. Friendly staff, good service. Booking online in advance made the "paperwork" a breeze.Michael S.

More trucks in the area - I only needed a small one and budgeted for a small one - But there was no more trucks so i had to rent a large one at a higher rate and all the space was un needed . Besides that everythings perfect and the trucks are in nice shape ! A joy to driveCHAD M.

The dolly was covered in snow no one offered to clear it off. I wanted to return the dolly to another uhaul location 25 miles from where I rented it. They told me it would cost $100.00 more to drop it off there which would have been convenient for me.TIMOTHY B.

This location was 41 miles from the location that I reserved the trailer. An 82 mile round trip was very inconvenient and an additional cost. The UHAUL website should be clear that the location you reserve at is NOT GUARANTEED!DAN L.
the Truck had a broken Windshield, if it was mine, i would have gotten a ticket from the police! The best part about the experience was the Customer service, she heard and rectified, all that was brought to her attention!!!MYAH B.

The service was excellent. If there is any constructive criticism then I would Provide more adapters for the electrical hookups on the u haul towing trailers. I had to take from another u-haul trailer. I would also provide more training to staff on which size towing balls are required for trailers. They require 2 " trailer hitch balls. Like I said I had no problems with this location.GILBERT T.

Reserve a site closer to my location. I had to drive 40 minutes away from my location and no one telephoned me. only email notifying. My name was misspelled. Then, after signing contract, we realized that I was missing an adaptor and would therefore not ne able to pick up trailer until the following day because adaptor could not be purchased until May18. Yet, contract could not be rewritten even though I left trailer at location until May 18. People were vey nice though and we would have loved location if we did not have to go one and a half hours roundtrip twice to pick up the trailer. Mohawk Casino is nearby. Conveniences were plentiful and the scenery is unbelievable, a pleasant surprise. Fortunately, we needed the trailer for only one trip downstate, 1 day, to pick up our son's college dorm things but the pickup should have been closer and the contract should have been able to be rewritten when they realized we could not leave with the trailer on May 15.FEDERICK W.
