Everything I booked on the website was not available in this location. However, the website said it did. I request a van, but there weren't any vans and I had to spend more money on a larger vehicle. I also ordered an appliance dolly on the website, and when I showed up to location I was informed they didn't have any equipment. I showed the employee my confirmation email, and they said that they don't have any of the stuff the website I had. Employee was nice enough to recommend other places I can go that met my needs.Mark T.

Gave me a truck the was blocked in by other trailers, gave me another truck and was told that it was on half a tank of gas and was a 1/4 of a tank. Then told me that to take a picture of the gas instead of coming out to check it himself. He also did not change my paper work for the new truck and was charged for miles that I did not drive.Aaron S.
It appears that I was incorrectly billed. First, the mileage. They charged me for 20 miles when I only drove 9.2 miles. (I re drove the path today to confirm). secondly, I was billed for 9 gallons of gas at an inflated amount of 5.48 per gallon. Even with the incorrect mileage, that calculates to 2.2 miles per gallon. With the correct mileage, the truck seems to get 1.1 mile a gallon. The truck gets better mileage that that. Please credit the billed credit card the corrected difference. Vernon StoutVernon S.

First, there was one attendant at this location, which is also a gas station. While the attendant was helpful, he simultaneously had to man the cash register while at the same time processing my U-Haul rental, so it took longer to get the truck than it needed to be. Also, I had requested 5 dozen furniture pads for my move, but this location only had 1 dozen, so I had to go to a different location to get additional pads. U-Haul needs to do a better job of ensuring the necessary equipment is at the location where it is requested. Finally, I was renting a big 26' truck, but the spot where the truck was parked was very tight, and it was difficult to maneuver the truck out of the parking lot.JAMES R.

I cleaned the truck myself. Used masks chip bags water and coke bottles. Used Clorox wipes to wipe up pop spills off of dash and seats. Also you made me drive an extra 20 minutes to get to this different pick up spot. I need reimbursed for my extra time and cleaning.Timothy E.

Downloaded and attempted to use the app. Could not get it to sync with my order. Finally had to get the clerk to finish my order. I could not operate the appJames P.
You charged me more then they contract terms. Vehicle was filthy inside and out. Had to return the first truck. Had a pad a lock on the back and no one had a key. Was supposed to be charged 29.95 a day for 50 plus dollars. Returned a day early and was charged 79.95CLIFFORD H.

I was told the uhaul was on full. Difficult to read what full is based on The Gague so I said ok. But after driving 30 miles I had to fill $50 to get back to â€œfull.â€ I think that's crap. And would like an adjustment. Additionally there is so much â€œstuffâ€ on the lot you can't get the trucks out of the lot.Tori C.

Have the equipment at the location it was originally reserved at. We had to go further to pick up our equipment than intended the 3td time. Also need to be certain that the equipment is not blocked by employees vehicles. Both during pickup and drop off their vehicles blocked access.CARL J.

The vehicle was a death trap! The people who run the place are really friendly, nice and helpful. It's only the vehicles they have are really damaged or are in bad driving conditions. The 26 feet truck I rented made terrible noises even before the ignition was on. As soon as you stepped on the brake it made a noise like one accidentally honked the horn of a car from the 50s. The gas mileage was 5-7 mpg and the vehicle was overall noisy & bumpy. I am certain that the engine is in horrible condition. However, it looked clean on the outside and inside.ABHIJIT M.

They did not have the furniture dolly I reserved. When we reached our destination in the truck, we found out the business had not provided the reserved furniture blankets in the back of the truck, necessitating a return to the business to retrieve them, which in turn increased the mileage i had to pay for. This location was great! But when I placed the order it was supposed to be at the Millard location. I got a call early in the week that it would not be there and that I had to go to the Bellevue location. The person that called me was not helpful at all!!
