I ended up having to pay for a whole different truck from a different location because the truck I was rented out at this location had power steering issues and transmission issues. I want a refund

Timothy BThe step by step on the app was pretty good and self explanatory. The only confusing part was when it asked me to take pictures of the vehicle. I got stuck and could not figure out how to move forward. After about 5-10 minutes, I hit "back" and was able to proceed after.

Taron FIt wasn't the location's fault I had a bad experience. I asked u haul online to change my pickup time, and they did, but they also changed my drop-off time which I did not want to change. Your system should NOT automatically change that. I got called and felt scolded because I could not get the truck back at the hour the system said because the system automatically changed my drop-off time. It ruined my day on what should have been happy moving to a new home. Very disappointed in uhauls app.Maybe with the reminder email or text you should code to include at least those details because I kept 2 other people from getting the truck!!!!

JAY EI feel like i got stiffed out of like 25 bucks. He said it was at a full tank and to return it at a full tank or ill be charged like double what gas cost. It in fact was not at a full tank when I picked it up. But I left it with way more then when I picked it up so I didn't receive another charge

kelley tI did mobile drop off and the app had a hard time uploading the pictures of the truck with ample amount of phone service.
JORDAN MTire pressure sensor was bad on the equipment; staff at the location did a good job of coming out and explaining why the dash light was on, but would be good to get it fixed. Mobile app check-in is a nice benefit, but app response time was dreadfully slow which took away much of the convenience of being able to quickly go through the pick-up and return process.

gary bConvenient location and great service, but this particular truck had some issues--steering/alignment lurched hard left consistently with substantial play. Kind of dangerous--I wouldn't have wanted it for more than an in-town move.
JOE KMy only issue was that it was an after hour spot and I had to use the app to acquire my uhaul. The app continued to stall, was buffering and had to call customer service to get assistance. It delayed the process by 45 minutes. Also the pre-ordered blankets that were to be in the uhaul was not. And I had to go back to another location to acquire them.

James GThe place to park the vehicles is super small. When pulling a truck and car carrier in there it is quite challenging to not block the business or other Uhaul vehicles.

Robert BLocation was pretty convenient for me, the people working there were very friendly and helpful. I'm not a truck driver but the truck was very easy to drive. Price was good but I only drove 19 miles. Hopefully I never have to rent a truck again for what I had to do but if I do, I will definitely rent there again.

Michael KI was already checked in on the app, I followed directions on the app, and unable to get help once I entered the business. A woman working there was very rude to me when I asked if somebody could get me keys since I was already checked in and ready to go. I had to wait for a person that walked in at the same time as me that didn’t even seem to have a reservation reserve and set up their rental in a tiny room that smelled like grease and smoke. Once another employee (a gentleman who was polite and helpful) brought me my keys, my check in screen was gone from the app and we couldn’t find it. There was also a strange brown goo on the floor between and trash in the front and the back of the truck.

It took us nearly 2 hours to get the process done and one of the customer service reps transferred us without telling us to the wrong department. This caused us to lose hours with our movers, since they only had set aside time until 9:30 am.

Elizabeth CFirst, we had to drive an extra 30 miles to pick up the U-Haul we ordered on-line from the location we needed. and asked for. Second, there was no ramp to load our heavy items. This may have been our oversight but we were quite taken back when we went to load. Being seniors this was impossible without help of a few men we had to gather at the last minute.
