The U-Haul ran very bad and the airbag lite was on I’m sure it used way more gas by running bad

Even though the drop off location was already selected and I received a discount to drop it off at the location in Dover, NH, the pickup location could not see it in his system and it was not a choice for me to choose on his iPad. Recommend having the UHaul system better coordinate with the online/app system.

Michael JPeople working here were very friendly and efficient, but the a/c in the truck doesn’t work and you can’t unlock the drivers side door with the key. So after moving on a hot day, you can’t get in the a/c and cool down and after moving heavy stuff, you have to get in the passenger side and climb over the seat. I thought they might offer a price adjustment for the inconvenience, but no.
