How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis rating is exclusively for the gentlemen working in the store. The online and phone services were highly frustrating and the only way we were able to complete this order was due to the efforts of the people working onsite. Our pickup locations were changed after hours without enough notification for us to modify our plans
Gabriel SVery customer friendly. Corrected a rental miscommunication. One-day versus one-way and walked me step by step through the u-haul sign in app. Will rent from here again.
Julie LQuick, clean and professional!
