How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy uhaul was not ready with my scheduled time and confirmation. I had to call and wait to talk to someone who said they didn’t put the key in the lockbox. My reservations then got delayed two more times resulting in a 2.5 hour pickup delay. I had a certain time I had to move items out so this was unacceptable business.
