This rating is exclusively for the gentlemen working in the store. The online and phone services were highly frustrating and the only way we were able to complete this order was due to the efforts of the people working onsite. Our pickup locations were changed after hours without enough notification for us to modify our plans

Perry KMy uhaul was not ready with my scheduled time and confirmation. I had to call and wait to talk to someone who said they didn’t put the key in the lockbox. My reservations then got delayed two more times resulting in a 2.5 hour pickup delay. I had a certain time I had to move items out so this was unacceptable business.
