They overcharged me it was gone from like 10 or 1030 in the morning till seven. I dropped it back off and they charged me for two days both Insurance and the Rental rate so I paid an extra $40 probably so I’ve called them and I haven’t heard anything back so so far the Customer Service hasn’t been that good

The uhaul system need to be approved because I returned the the vehicle already and your system showed i never returned it.
