Air pressure light was on during my moving experience. I added air to the tire but it never went off. The vehicle should be ready for use when renting it. Upon receiving the moving I had to put gas in and try to get the air pressure in the right rear tire. I would expect the vehicle to be ready upon receiving itMATTHEW H.

Let me start by saying that the employees at the pick up location were great and my complaints aren't with them, but rather uhaul in general. We reserved a truck a week in advanced without issue. Left out early in the morning to drive across the state to pickup our truck only for it to not be there when we arrived. After contacting uhaul, we were told our truck would be available in 5 hours. Needless to say, we were very upset because the whole day was put on pause leading to us sitting in a car waiting for ages. I would have at least expected to be notified ahead of time of the delay. To top it off, an extra charge was added at the time of pickup when I had paid all the costs online the night before.DEVON T.

The rental site had the wrong information, the clerk was rude, and the entire rental experience was a disaster. The truck had not been cleaned and smelled like waste had been transported. All of our clothes have to be cleaned because they picked up the rotten smell in the truck. The truck itself had a bad electrical system which would short out randomly, shutting off the dashboard, radio, and most troublingly the air conditioning. The ride was awful with only intermittent A/C in July. The rental location forgot to include the hand dolly I had reserved and I had to go back to get it. The place to secure the dolly did not have all of the equipment so it had to sit in the back unsecured which caused it to shift and bang regularly. The check engine light would come on and off randomly, as well. Clearly this truck has not been adequately maintained and I had to suffer with it. I have been ripped off by this rental location and if they are the kind of business with which you want to work I need to find another source of rental trucks.CHAPMAN R.
Your mobile pickup app is crap. It's confusing and doesn't work well. This location is awful too. Took an hour to pickup and an hour to drop off. Ridiculous.Alison C.
The vehicle was filthy, and when we opened the back, roaches came scurrying out. Smelled like dead bodies had been in the U-Haul. We had to sweep it out and put deodorizer in it. The can was filthy as well. We then realized the gas tank was at less than a quarter. All other places usually have it full and you refill it. Hard to estimate how much gas to put in. Needless to say, it ended up with more gas than what we started with. The kicker was that the check engine light was on. If we hadn't been in a desperate situation to have a truck we would not have rented from this location. It has been like this the two times we have rented. Giving U-Haul a very bad name.Norma R.

Truck was dirty. Had a low tire and i had to slam doors multiple times to get doors to close. Check in took entirely too long because the lady was also the only sales clerk for the convenience store and my check in was interrupted and delayed multiple times. TRUCKS WERE NOT CHECKED BEFORE RENTING. THE INSIDE TIRE ON THE PASSANGER SIDE WAS FLAT WHEN I RENTED THE TRUCK. I DID NOT DESCOVER IT UNTIL GOING DOWN THE ROAD AT 70 MILES PER HOUR. VERY DANGEROUS!!!Nathan F.
The service was great however providing a 6 x 12 tow behind trailer without a tongue jack is the most ludicrous idea. I had the trailer over a week and had to lift the trailer on and off without a jack too many times. Will not rent a U Haul again.Bob E.

Truck was broken and parked in mud so it was hard to even inspect without getting the key. Truck mirror literally came off, lasy that did the uhaul gave me a number that never got answered for 30 minutes. She calls another uhaul number with no luck. No help whatsoever. Had to pay for a second truck because mover cost was greater than truck cost. Now have two trucks to pay for and movers for an additional 2 hours because terrible service. Out 300 with no help from Uhaul, and a chat rep just disconnecting. Was told a Representative would reach out in 48 hours but have heard nothing. Worst service and next time just pay to get a truck from Home depot so they will atleast try to help youKevin K.

Please give better customer service. My main conplaint is not with this location it's with the company. U-Haul wait to call me to inform that the truck i reserved was not avaliable at my pick up time and i am all ready at the location to pick up the truck. They send me to another one and this lady has a bad attitude. I am very disappointed especially being that i chose them over another company that was said to be better than Uhaul by a friend. I showed up 30 min early and there was a customer there already having problems. I had my email with reservation number for 6 hours. The lady was foreugn and couldnt understand us telling us we didnt have reservation. They had already given someonevthe truck I needed. They finally was able to get meva truck but saidvi had to return at 2 instead of 4. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get my truck and only had itvfor 3 hours instead of 6. When I returned it there was a customer having the same problems we had. They wouldnt give me a receipt. Never again will rent a truck and will tell allvmy friends and family not to. The girl that did the rental was very friendly and courteous. The uhaul was great and got the job done. When returning the uhaul, a lady came out that was very hard to understand. She told me to fill up the gas tank. I explained the gas wasn't on full when I received it and only filled it up to where it was when I got it initially. So we go to handle the complete transaction and she tried overcharging me. I paid cash for the gas! I left a $100 deposit. The rental was for $19.95 a day plus $0.79 mile. She tried charging me close to $110! I said umm that's not right. $19.95 a day and $0.79 a mile and I went 82 miles only comes out to like $89 and some change. She said I went over the miles I started I was going to go and that's where the extra charges were. I said there's no way and no hoe. Look I called numerous times to return the truck the same night and no one answered the phone. She said what times. I said I started at 9pm and called all the way up to 930pm and no one answered which I thought was strange cause the website says you're open until 10pm. She said no ma'am we're open until 11pm. I said well I tried calling for a half hour and no one answered which caused me to put an additional 23 miles on the uhaul. Check your caller ID and gave her the number I called from. She said oh I see now, I don't know why she didn't answer. I still explained to her that there was no way my total could have been around $110. When I calculated the daily and mileage and tax and only came up with $95 and some cents. I explained I have no reason to lie to her about the gas (which I pumped and paid cash for), about calling and trying to return the same night. It was just craziness to me but we finally got it settled.Shannon D.

I was scheduled to pick up at 8:00pm on Friday May 22. I could not get the truck because it had not been returned. I was told call later to see if it had been returned . I had to get it the next day. There were no hand trucks there was mud in the seats and one of the tail lights was out.
